New FIA  rules (sarcasm!)

Post by TK9780 » Wed Jun 20, 2007 5:47 pm

New FIA  rules have just been published; as effective methods to close the gap between the lower end teams and the top three. The large drinking cups with bendy plastic straw used by drivers on the grid are to be banned from ‘France 2007’

:good: :welcome: Hi there :D Max is a genius and he knows that the smaller teams can't afford the bigger cups and the bendy straws. The dissadvantage of the straight stiff straw is as much as two tenths of a second on the slower circuits like Monaco and Hungary

Who is the straw supplier? Are there soft and hard straws? Can you scrub them? So many questions unanswered.

They were in mid test when the Ferrari wind tunnel succumbed to 39,000 and 17 pieces of metal exploding into it from the moving road belt.
As you all know, the FIA only ever relies on Ferrari data 8)
