Has the 2007 Season Started Yet?

Post by Snowy » Wed Nov 29, 2006 9:53 pm

Well has it ?

I like to think about it holistically, there are no beginnings or ends simply transitions. I have simply made the transition into a 2007 F1 season without let or hindrance from mere formalities. I am already in the heightened state of consciousness necessary to fully appreciate Formula One. Something few ever fully appreciate in particular Max Mosely who thinks F1 lasts approx 1hr 45mins on a Sunday. :x

I think the 2007 season starts when the first designs for the cars are drawn up and that was back in May/June 2006.

So yes the season has started :D
Teams in the last test sessions of the 2006 season where already testing 2007 components. Red Bull Racing actually stopped developing the 2006 car a long time ago to put all their efforts into the 2007 car.

It is only the racing component of the season starts in Melbourne on the 18th of March 2007. Of course this only applied to F1 enthusiasts!

On the other hand for off-topic folks and spammers the season had started right after the last GP :)
