If all the "ferrari haters" unquote, pay me enough I will pick Schumaker, which guarantees he can't win  :ROTFLMAO:

Hey guys!

They second race is almost here

julian do you take pesos

I agree Kapel, this pick in a way is harder than the one for Oz. That one we knew we were having a guess, now we should know something :?

But given it is early in the season, one can afford to take risks :bouncec: . Malaysia will be hard on tyres and engines so I think we'll have some retirements.

I think we'll have an Alonso Raikkonen fight but still need to gaze into my crystal ball a bit more 8)

Who's been BARred ????

Reanult we know are fast, but r they reliable to last the 2nd race??

Cant discount the Ferrari though, reliability bullet proof, speed 9/10.Michael can comeback strongly!!!

This race would be hard on tyres but i think much harder on engines for drivers who are gonna use the last race engine

Malaysian pick would be more like a lottery  Lets c who wins it

Yes the race will be hard on engines but those using new engines (BAR, Heidfeld and Michael possibly) will have to use the same engine in Bahrain.

Hey what happens if all the teams agree to change engines. That would be the biggest loop hole in the rules

Ed,if you could pls explain.Just wondering this possibility, what if all the teams agree after every race to change their engines and take the penalty, can FIA do something about this or is this actually a loop hole ?(or not in the interest of sport  )

As it stands there is nothing the FIA can do about it but to apply the penalty. I doubt that all the teams would agree but say the lowest 6 cars on the grid (15-20) all do it then their positions don't change, it makes sense for cars 13 and 14 to also change as they won't be penalised. It could have a domino effect but it is unlikely.

Even if not all the teams did it, having say 10 cars opt for an engine change is ridiculous and goes against what the rule was for.

What can the FIA do ? well nothing until something like the above scenario happens then they'll look at it and try to patch it. Same applies to teams opting to DNF on the final lap. BAR did it in Melbourne but expect more to do it unless the FIA does something about it.

Thanks Ed.
This rule clearly sucks. This will give a clear advantage to driver who chose the DNF at the end of last lap when not in points.

I am not too sure how much of an advantage they'll get. Basically a driver/team that doesn't finish in the points can have fresh engines at every race (by pitting at the end of the race) but once they score then they can't change the engine for the following race without getting penalised 10 places on the grid

However, this rule is confusing and can be exploited easily and something needs to be done about it.

Good luck with your picks
