Your Pick Post Date:2018-08-01 05:47:59 (GMT)

Winner: Lewis Hamilton
Second: Valtteri Bottas
Third: Sebastian Vettel
Fourth: Daniel Ricciardo
Fifth: Max Verstappen
Sixth: Kimi Raikkonen
Seventh: Kevin Magnussen
Eighth: Romain Grosjean
Ninth: Carlos Sainz
Tenth: Nico Hulkenberg
Pole: Lewis Hamilton

Well, this is the way that I saw it back on the horses birthday.
Days might have rolled by but I don't think that this will change these unless some kind of grid penalty occurs to one of the top 3.

Well, CM Lean, this time I'm hoping for F1 history at Spa. I'm picking the only four-time Spa winner in the field to win his fifth Belgian Grand Prix on Sunday and I'm picking him for the pole as well. This will, of course, throw everyone into fits :bouncec: :bouncec: Lewis will be pouting after the race about something or other; Valteri will be his usual non=commital self and Seb will try to put a smile on his face and pat his team mate on the back, but at Maranello they'll be shitting bricks because the Finn will have ignored 'team orders' and not got for Seb the maximum points. Seb will try in the last ten or so laps but the Finn's Ferrari will be too wide for him  So. here's my picks

1. Kimi Raikkonen in a beautiful red car (will he finish 2018 in one? will he care? will we get a picture of the Finn smiling. And will we, who love driving more than anything, be happy? I think so. After all, they can't get Daniel for next year and they don't want Max; maybe Hulk will be the next "team mate" to Sebastian in 2019. But what will be best will be the anguish on the faces of the Silver Arrows team. And we haven't even got to Monza yet!@ :D :D :D
2. Sebastian Vettel in the other Ferrari :x
3. and a mile behind, Lewis Hamilton in a Mercedes Benz
4. and haning on by his teeth, Valteri Bottas in the other Merc :(
5. Danny boy Ricciardo will ignore team orders (if he gets any) somehow his radio jack will be defective
6. Max Verstappen will try to get round Danny -- and learn a lesson (he might even be a DNF
7.Nico Hulkenberg will be chasing Max and worrying him to death! :burnout:
8. Carlos Sainz will be making hearts beat faster at Renault :D
9. Fernando will not be able to get any farther up the in the points; McLaren is headed for the distinction of being the new Williams team
10. Romain Grosjean will get a point for Haas.

and the pole, much to everyone's surprise, will get a pole as well. Indeed; I expect him to do a 'hat trick' and get the fastest lap, too. :rolling:

All fantasy, I know, but wouldn't it be GREAT for F1!

jim Watt
