I just love these sanitised press releases from the teams:

From Toyota:
From 02-10-08:
Dieter Gass, chief engineer commented, "It was encouraging to see the TF108 is a big improvement over the TF107 if you compare..... so we have gained a lot of useful information. Again it was very good to see the TF108 running reliably, which it has done all year so far, and the pit crew did a good job with the four stops we made during the race."

From 02-05-08:
Pascal Vasselon, Senior General Manager Chassis commented, "Our focus today was again on developing the baseline set-up by trying different mechanical solutions but unfortunately we lost a bit of time on both cars due to gearbox issues. This was a shame but we have been testing various parts, including the new gearbox, and we will learn from these issues to improve our package before the season starts.

Hmmmmm...who's not talking to who?
Maybe Dieters year only starts on the 8th of February?
I'm in shape

Round is a shape...........
