I think Stoddart and the FIA reached a deal. I don't think the Minardis are fully compliant. If they are and given the speed in which they made the adjustments, then why didn't Stoddart get them on 2 weeks ago and save everyone the trouble. Or was it just a publicity stunt!
Now that stunt may backfire as international motorsport events in Australia are under threat
I doubt that this is Ferrari's influence. This sets a precedence and the FIA don't want that and they are furious!.

Underdogs moan heavily.........
Jesus, Ferrari and Michael are so splendid that they make a perfect target for Underdogs who will always from their most inner pityfull personality try to blackmouth them.
And there are many of them, but now the good news - most people, like ALL teams and drivers in F1 are of great sporting spirit and all reasonable performances are honoured.
Jean Todt only said it is not his business if MINARDI start with incompliant cars and that its down to the stewards. FERRARI have also been punished the hard way when they were incompliant and how can you let cars race which are not according to the rules? Today MINARDI, fine they still wont win points. Tomorrow JORDAN, same thing. But then, what about SAUBER? Massa would have made the podium had he started from pole, which he might have done with the greatest luck in qualifying............
Cheers F1, hope for a great season.
