I don't see a reason for an agreement when there is clear reference in the regs.

But if you (or anyone else) finds more concrete evidence of such an agreement, please let us know.

Still seems slow, but a track temp of 16c would not help.

That's a good  but why not Williams or BAR or even Sauber

Seriously, any of those 4 teams could challenge Ferrari given the Bridgestone tyres

Still slow given the track temperature moved to 16 degrees which isn't too cold.

Yeah, I imagine they would be using compounds suitable for the european summer, and a road suface temp that low aint gunna maximise performance

(from FIA)
Q: Ross, from your simulations so far, what do they suggest is the margin of the 05(F2005) car over the 04B(F2004M)?

Ross Brawn: Well, with both simulation and track work it's between a half and one second. Yeah, that's the number.

just hacked into a message from the F1CIA:

"seems as......telemetrical data suggest.... a massive speed advantage of FERRARIs new F2005 car against the opposition, ......the gap being estimated around 1.2sec. Our agents..... have been already contacted by all major F1 event screening TV stations....... to make pressure on Mr. Mosley doing everything in his power................ to slow down FERRARI."

More rule changes to come?  :D
