Musings for China.

This circuit has the longest straight on the calendar. This will suit the Mercedes and Ferrari powered cars.

Nico almost came home over the top of Lewis last year. This year I think he will dominate and put the current World Champion under immense pressure to retain his title.

Ferrari should be able to get both their cars home for the first time this season.

Haas has surprised this season. Using a customer Ferrari engine has helped their cause and the Dallara chassis works well with Grosjean.

This track shouldn't suit the Renault powered cars. With the benefit of DRS, they will look competitive but it will be a struggle.

From what I have seen of our limited coverage, my driver of the day would be a toss up between Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo. Both came back from race threatening problems, Vettel with the first corner wheel banging incident with Kimi and Daniil while Ricciardo popped a tyre while leading.

A high commendation would also have to go to Daniil Kvyat for his podium finish.

Bit late, but I went for Kvyat.

Ricciardo was unlucky, but Kvyat had a great start (racing incident with Vettel, I think). Be interesting to see how the Russian does at his home race.
