There must be some tears shed at the Red Bull garage

Alonso and Lewis showed quite a performance after the incident at the beginning.

Really good race. I suspect that Bernie will be adding sprinklers to his proposal for short cuts.

Outstanding drives from Jenson, Robert, Fernando and Lewis. :P

Less commendable drives from Felipe and Mark but they were giving it their all in really tricky conditions. :alright:
Lewis Hamilton & Jenson Button World Champions :)

Bernie wants to introduce gymkhana elements. The drivers will have to select a lap between L11 and L21 where they will have to reverse park in allotted "garages" , and wait 2 seconds. 8)

Thumbs up for:
Good exciting race!
Jenson Button for calling it and making it work!
Robert Kubica for a solid performance!
FA for recovering from what could have been a bad result!

Thumbs down for:
Red bull for letting Vettel down again. (brake fade?)
Mark Webber for letting red bull down again (brain fade?)
Lewis for slagging the team off publicly!
Bridgestone for soft tires that last a full race distance! (almost)
:wtf:
I'm in shape

Round is a shape...........

Cool race, plenty of overtaking (from some!!)

Pity Alonso spun at the start, it would have been a good fight with Vettel. He recovered from last to 4th ... that is why he is the best out there.

He attacked when he needed to and defended when he had to - superb.

Kubica was also very impressive. Holding Hamilton in that Renault was something.

It is unfortunate for Vettel but that is Red Bull for you, fast and unreliable!

Button won because he is a smooth driver and managed to look after his tyres.

Massa finishing 3rd, I don't think many were impressed but he had a good start. It is a pity cause Alonso couldn't take risks with him but that is fine, Massa isn't a threat to Alonso and if Vettel has problems in 2 more races, Alonso would pretty much walk to the Championship

People still think Michael will win the championship ? Or maybe he'll go back to retirement early ? :?:
I'm back and yes supporting Alonso "The Cute" in the Ferrari!

That was my favoutire part, seeing FA facing the wrong way :D

Both Lewis and Alonso did a great drive to move back up the field, but once they were at the front, thier tyres were F'd and there was nothing more that they could do.

Feel sorry for Vettle, he deserved to win, lets hope he has better luck this weekend.

I think we'll see this happen often where the race will settle down, then the drivers will just hold onto the position they have till the end and just hope someone in front makes a mistake or has a failure. :(

The last race shows even the soft compound can last a whole race if nursed well enough, but are no longer good enough to be pushed hard..... So teams will be doing just the one Mandatory pit stop unless they have major tyre issues or other problems.

Now that was a race I enjoyed watching... Yes, some might say that it was only exciting because of the rain, and i would be hard pressed to disagree with them... But who cares, it was a balls to the wall proper race... :D

Nice call by Jenson to come in for the tires, but i think a lot of luck played into that... another day, another track, that might have been a catastrophic disaster. But it worked, so hats off to him... He did well to manage the tires that Lewis(rather annoyingly) continued to complain about  ... There are more important things to worry about when trying to pass Alonso than why the team called you in... Discuss it after the race. He is one driver i didnt think would lose his head like that.. Politics beginning early? :crush:

Fantastic drive by Kubica who is my driver of the day. To be able to put that Renault in a position like that and still manage to defend 2 clearly quicker cars during the race. He has always been quick here and i think this race he really showed he is a quality driver..:clap::up:

Massa just seemed content to sit where he was in a car that he just couldnt come to grips with over the weekend, while Alonso somehow hooked it up and had a great drive... had it not been for that spin things would have been a lot more interesting...

Poor Vettel.. He should be going into Sepang with 50 points, but unfortunately that RedBull let him down again... I am fairly sure there will come a point where he will say enough is enough... :duel:

Nice for the HRT's to finish a race, didnt think it would happen so early in the season... I am very surprised the Force India's aren't doing a better job after their end to last season... :maths:

Who else deserves a mention? oh yes.. Mr 7 time WDC... What were you doing sitting behind that Toro Rosso for 16 laps? yeah its hard to overtake with these new cars, but there was a heck of a lot of overtaking happening further up the grid. Oh, and dont use that wing as an excuse... I personally am very happy to see Rosberg(Who i am supporting along with Kubica this year) outdo Mr 7xWDC in both races... way to prove your talent... :lift:

All in all a good race... lets hope Sepang is as eventful as this race
