Unlike Webbo to be so quick so early. he normally likes to follow a strict routine, and build up to speed.

The Red Bull front nose is visibly higher than all the other cars.

That is what intense rivalry does to you. Webber and Vettel want to out perform each other. So far Webber has the upper hand
