Looks like the difference between the medium and super soft is around 0.7 seconds per lap. The question is how long can the super soft last ?

Just over 30 minutes into the session and the top 10 are: Vettel, Webber, Trulli, Glock, Sutil, Rosberg, Hamilton, Bourdais, Button and Barrichello

The order from 14th: Massa, Heidfeld, Raikkonen, Kovalainen, Alonso, Piquet and Kubica

Who would have thought they would ever see such order in 2009!

Kubica moves into 17th on the super softs, nearly a full 2 seconds off the pace of Vettel!

Lets see if he improves on his second run

(of course we don't know the fuel loads)

He improves but remains in 3rd. Nothing between the top 3, just 0.067!

Halfway into the session and Vettel remains fastest ahead of Webber and Trulli.

Trulli has completed the most number of laps with 21 while Hamilton the least with 8 so far.

Piquet in 20th is on a run on the super softs and like Kubica, he is slow!
