The incident involving Alonso was replayed and it appears that Alonso first committed to entering the pits then appeared to want to continue on then crossed back and entered the pits.

The investigation will be after the session

What do you make of the circuit now you've seen some running?

I tried it on my sim and it was 'orrible! :(

That rule is for crossing the white line when exiting the pits, this was when he was entering the pits.

Raikkonen goes fastest with a 1:39.679.

Only the Ferraris have dropped under the 1:40 mark

It is a street circuit!

Looks challenging!

Ferrari seem to like the soft boots more than the McLaren. I noticed they have gone down very different routes with downforce, Ferrari being about 8kph faster through the speed trap!

Massa stops in the pitlane just before the exit. He is pushed back by the mechanics
