The following drivers will have to use the same engines used in Bahrain otherwise they'll incur a penalty:

All other drivers are free to use fresh engines for this event.
Update: Vitantonio Liuzzi and Michael Schumacher will be both using the engines they used from Bahrain.

A hydraulic pump will fail in either temperature
Perhaps the Ferrari wasn't tested in such cold conditions
That's what they'll say afterwards, or perhaps they couldn't warm up the Bridgestones enough
