Hirvonen leads after leg 1 of Wales Rally GB.........

Taking charge at the beginning of the Wales Rally GB, Ford works driver Mikko Hirvonen currently leads after the first leg of the rally.........meanwhile, teammate Marcus Gronholm is in front of championship rival and Citroen works pilot Sebastien Loeb, who surprised a lot of the media this week by declaring that he was going for the championship and not the rally win(in other words..........HE'S POINTS RACING!!!!! :evil: :evil: )

I don't blame Loeb going into the round wanting only to do enough to win the world drivers title. It's not worth losing the chance of winning the title by pushing to hard. I'm saying that and yet I support Gronholm. :shock:

Hamilton should have done the same in this years F1. :wink:

After two legs of the Wales Rally GB, the Blue Oval's Mikko Hirvonen continues to lead, but all eyes, it seems, are on Citroen works pilot Sebastien Loeb as he is but four stages away from a fourth consecutive World Rally Championship title..........
