Paul Radisich has passed a fitness test and will drive for TKR this year. A great comeback from the nasty accident at Bathurst last yeat that I thought would have ended his career. :drive:

I'll be supporting Paul this year. :gl:

Yup, he has done remarkably well.
There is a very strong kiwi representation this year. Are you sure you are following the right one?

I'm far from certain that I'm supporting the right driver. :D The easy option would be to support Tasman Motorsport and I do wish Jason Richards well, but Murphy has been getting under my skin the last two years the way he blames everyone and everything for his problems except himself.

Radisich is good to listen to in interviews that I've seen. I very good PR person for the sport. :D

Murph certainly seems to fit the "love 'im or hate 'im" these days.
I am looking forward to the duel between him n Jas.
The Rat certainly seems a nice bloke trackside.
Was it his Uncle who had the "colourmegone" Custaxy (customline/galaxy) ???

There has been talk of HSV/Toll and HRT not being allowed to start at the Clipsal 500 due to concerns about joint ownership of the two teams, (illegal under the rules) involving Walkinshaw Skaife, John Kelly etc.
The matter is being fully investigated.
Once again there is a certain whiff in the air regarding Walkinshaw and Holden teams.
I would be very surprised if the two teams do not start the Clipsal.

Toll/HSV has been cleared by the Investigation.
Skaife has been given dispensation for HRT to race til he can prove ownership.
Now, I should imagine it would be fairly easy to go and pluck the licence off the fridge door, or dig it out of the pile of papers on his lounge or whatever.
Yet, weeks after the investigation began,..........?????
Perhaps he qualified poorly cos he was driving one handed, and digging under the seat among all the lolly wrappers etc, for the elusive licence.
Is that Haggis I smell ?

Rumor has it that former ChampCar driver Nelson Phillipe(who won at Surfers Paradise in 2006) recently tested an Australian V8 Supercar for WPS Racing in Queensland, possibly with a ride for WPS in the works at one of the V8 endurance races(Sandown or Bathurst)......any news on this?

He tested on the 31 May, and will be at the Creek this weekend to learn more about the team, and V8supercar operations. His times were consistant, not startling, but these things are a handful. As he says "there is some serious horsepower under the hood"..............

Rusty Ingall will leave Stone Bros and join Paul Morris.
Rusty's place will be taken by Paul Dumbrell, who brings his father's Autobarn sponsorship with him 8)

From what I've heard is that Shane Van Gisbergen is going to SBR. He was on loan from them last year. TKR will be between John McIntyre and Kane Scott.
