Wow this is hard. I was thinking Imola cause that is not "officially" on this years calendar and both Prost and Mansell have won there but as for the rest.. ?????

There'd be two issues with that: First, Imola was the answer to question #1; secondly, this track is located outside Europe...

Sorry . I did say that I didn't think it was right but it did fit two of the clues. It wasn't even a guess. If you read it I said I WAS thinking and then later BUT.
