23 May: Liuzzi confirmed for the European GP. Klien to
take over from Canada
Red Bull Racing confirms that Tonio Liuzzi will partner David Coulthard for the fourth successive
race at Nürburgring next weekend.
Following the European Grand Prix, Christian Klien will resume race driver duties from the
Canadian Grand Prix onwards.
CHRISTIAN HORNER, Sporting Director: “After having evaluated both drivers performance
during their three race stints, the team have decided that Tonio will continue as race driver at the next GP in Germany. Christian
will then be back in the race car from Montreal having made a valuable contribution to the team in the last 3 races as third driver.”
