15 April: Formula 1 Testing - 12 - 15 April

Formula 1 testing concluded today at Paul Ricard, Mugello and Fiorano. 

At Paul Ricard, Pedro de la Rosa set the fastest time of the day with a time of 57.276 (Track solution 3Ebsc). de la Rosa also covered the most number of laps with 104.
Only McLaren and Jordan were present.

Weather conditions were dry in the morning then rain. Air temperature reached 12 degrees while track temperature reached 12 degrees too.

At Fiorano, Michael Schumacher driving the F2005 covered 142 laps with a best time of 57.222. This is the best time so far at Fiorano in a 2005 spec car.
At Mugello, Rubens Barrichello also driving an F2005 covered 77 laps with a best time of 1:21.920.
Both concentrated on tyre development.
